Reviews and Ratings
I had a great experience staying at this boutique hotel, which is truly unique and stands apart from the larger chains. The rooms were spacious and well-designed, and I loved the eco-friendly approach they take. However, the service could definitely use improvement as some staff were not very engaging. The location was ideal for exploring Shanghai without being too chaotic. Overall, it offers good value for money but has a few areas that could be better.
Staying at this boutique hotel was a delightful experience! The room was beautifully designed and very clean, and I loved the unique decor with reclaimed wood and even a wall of suitcases. The breakfast offerings were outstanding, especially the kimchi salad and green smoothie, which made for a great start to my day. The only minor downside was that most major attractions required a metro ride, but the metro station was within walking distance.
I recently stayed at URBN and found it to be a mixed experience. The location was very convenient and the rooms were unique and enjoyable with a great design. However, the hotel was undergoing renovations, which made my stay quite inconvenient and noisy. The service could use some improvement as well, especially with the communication barrier. Overall, it's a charming place, but the renovations and lack of some basic amenities put a damper on things.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms are spacious and have a lovely boutique design, and the breakfast options are quite good. However, I had concerns about cleanliness, especially in the bathroom, and the staff seemed disengaged. The hotel’s Western focus felt a bit out of place since we were in China, and the overall service didn't match the boutique vibe I expected. It was okay value for what I paid but left something to be desired.
I really enjoyed my stay at this boutique hotel, which had a charming and artistic design featuring reclaimed materials. The spacious garden room with a view of the courtyard was a highlight for me, providing a serene escape from the bustling city. While the breakfast was hearty and satisfying, there were some hiccups regarding the pricing that could be clarified better. Overall, it was a great experience, but there’s definitely room for some improvements to maintain its charm.
